Thank you Lirabells for the reply. We submitted that too along with the application. What i am thinking and is coming to my mind is.. Do they access these exams at the time of first review and before sending it to VISA OFFICE or do they access them after it reaches the VISA OFFICE and come up with the results. Any thoughts ?

Mine was processed before SA.

Thank you for the reply. That's what i was thinking.. It should be before transfer.. since this will save some processing time for VISA OFFICE. Lets see how it goes.

Congrats! I'm hoping to receive our AOR1 by next week. *fingers crossed*

Wow.. that was faster than Expected...
Today (September 1st ~ Beijing Time) we received our AOR 2.
Interestingly the application was sent to Hong Kong despite us being on the mainland, which is no biggie since the processing time there seems to be even more speedy...
But my worry is.. if they request (hopefully not) an interview, then will it have to be in Hong Kong as well?
Mainlanders need a special passport to enter Hong Kong, and that alone takes time... and money.

Good luck to the rest of you... things are speedy when you are patient.... as hard as that may be.

Hello, hope someone can help me. we are about to fill all the paperwork and send by October, my partner is Canadian and will be sponsoring me but we live in the UK since 2004, so he actually does not have a job in Canada at the moment. Is it necessary to fill the proof of employment / income ? Also here in the UK he used to work until January 2016 and then opened his own business so he can't really prove any income from this either. Would that be a problem when applying? Thanks very much

Yes, it's possible to link your account even without AOR1.
