yep the whole system is not possible to decode. so many factors that its all random. are you from Germany? because I think European nationality definitely played a role in other persons swift processing

Another thing Sharuu, do you know if applicants for which processing was complete, they were transferred to LA, NY, Seattle or Detroit bypassing Ottawa ? If your processing was complete, why would they send to Ottawa and not to other places in US. Just coincidence?

there was one guy chibiks who was QSW. He got PR I think couple of months back. Then there was another guy ae03yy but I think he completed the PR before Buffalo incident happened. checkout ittech etc...

in process doesnt mean much these days...with all the jumbling up happening after Buffalo closed, ECAS has become even more unreliable.

medical exam results can be extended by visa officer if needed. Specially for inland applicants....
