not yet.....I am still within timelines so both things are futile :( although I know 2012 applicants are getting PPR which is kind of making me feel a bit down but then again, I cant quote that to MP....every case is different he will say... Smokhtari got the PPR and he is also September...

thats what I thought as well. CIC stance is clear on this. If the parents allow, then it can be done with protective shield. Choice is with applicant at own risk

yep I think from Dec 1 Buffalo stopped accepting files. what can you do mate....it was nothing wrong from your side.....I think CIC just dropped the ball here when they gave preference to CIO files....highly unacceptable no matter what you say....Buffalo transferees should be utmost priority...

I am a post September 1st applicant. My AOR from Ottawa clearly mentioned that my file is in Buffalo but Ottawa is just helping to process it. Tat means at least physically the file was in Buffalo.....perhaps electronically it got transferred to Ottawa and then later on near June July, physical...

My medicals are expiring too in few days. not sure what benefit it will do to send them an email...if they want to do it, they will themselves....

thats strange seems like they think they have sent you medicals.... whats going on with CIC lately...I heard they are reducing the officers and staff overall...showing that in work now.... :-X what is your due date set?

mine this week as well.... any idea how much delay it causes if you have to do medical again??? like they will send the request, then you do that and results take about a month to get uploaded by Ottawa.... hmmm easily looking at 2 more months better to redo the medicals again in advance.....

It would be better if CIC launches a lottery scheme for PR...at least it will be called a lottery so people's expectations will be same.
