hi Zahid, Yes the case cannot be finalized till chest x ray is submitted as well to CIC. you can write an email to your visa office and confirm this too. as soon as they are done with processing like background checks, they will then wait for x ray to be submitted and you should get the PPR...

I got exact similar reply in June from CPP-Ottawa. yes it does seem like the file is in CPP-Ottawa otherwise they mention that the file is not with them....

this email notifying about 10 months processing time is random. My friend applied in same category (QSW) and got this in AOR. He applied couple of months after me but both of us got the AOR from CPP-Ottawa, I think its just the standard CPP-Ottawa template which was updated somewhere near end...

I think your Criminality is in Progress thats why your ECAS status is Application Received Once Criminality is done, then it goes to In process and security is initiated. Then it depends how much time that takes for your individual case to get the PPR. that looks like the norm with CPP-Ottawa.

language requirements are not applicable for PNP. If you got the nomination, then you dont need to produce IELTS result.

yours IELTS score is very low. To get full points for English, you should have 7 band. I think try to improve your English level. Thats the only comment I can make. Rest I think senior members can guide you

many congrats Haybu It seems like In process comes up when Criminality is completed. Then Security is initiated. Because from your GCMS notes, your criminality was still in progress and your status Application Received.

it varies from case to case. senior members might have something to say about it but i have noticed it all depends upon individual case. for some its 2 weeks, for some its 6 months.
