You have to request to be added in the New Delhi thread. Go into the thread and give them your details and ask to be added to it, then whoever moderates the spreadsheet will be able to add you. You are not added automatically.

Hey Ppsandy! You have to fill out the two forms I was talking about before IMM5583 (for you) and IMM5475 (for hubby), pay 5 dollars, send a passport photo, all scanned and signed, and 30 days letter you get them electronically! easy peasy compared to what we went through with applications! lol
