i have joined canada immigration form and form for new delhi applicants 2012 yesterday..but my username and record is not shown on spreadsheet of new delhi applicants. plz tell when my username and other record information will be shown on spreadsheet of new delhi applicants.

You have to request to be added in the New Delhi thread. Go into the thread and give them your details and ask to be added to it, then whoever moderates the spreadsheet will be able to add you. You are not added automatically.

Honestly, it depends on the visa office. I would suggest you check out the times in threads of whatever visa office you use or go to CIC and find the timelines.
