I think the sample test on the official website is sufficient for preparation, if need any at all. I mean, the test is super easy, as long as you can make daily communication with English during your daily life. I got listen10/speak8 with no preparation. Take it easy.

anybody can clarify this? i think the CIC websit eis confusing. It dopes mention in step1 that the IELTS result need to be the one submitted along with PR application. But in the "accepted proof" page it just says IELTS is acceptable... :(
