I would have a similar situation soon. I am submitting my application in May while i will switch my job to a new company one week after. Didn't mean to do this but it just happens in my life..

I will reach 1095 on May 06. I dont mind to send out on May 14 to give a WEEK's buffer. There are many guys who sent out package on 1096th day and obtained citizenship smoothly without any RQ tho.
