I can't understand Canada's love for refugees. It is letting in those who lack skills and just want to freeload while ignoring those with right skills who are knocking on your door. And the security risk associated with taking in those who probably don't have any papers. It is upsetting at times.

My inference was based on few cases I observed on this forum. It is a very small sample draw conclusion and I might be wrong too. Quite a few CEC candidates from Dec and Jan have received nominations while there are CEC candidates from Sep and Oct still waiting. Then there is this FSW Outland...

^^ Ontario has put a temporary hold on issuing PT and accepting new nominations under EE. They are expected resume this Nov. But not confirmed yet

Bestofluck... You might already know it. Still putting out there explicitly for the benefit of those who may not be aware. Not all provinces send invitation letters to EE profile inbox like OINP does. Candidates have to voluntarily approach provinces requesting nomination.
