How do you guys come to know who it the officer? Is it communicated via email by OINP team?

I have one graduation already and I just completed a PG program from IGNOU and want to change my education category to "Two are more certificates". However, when I tried to check if I can get the ECA done through WES, I couldn't find the option of PG Certificate or PG Diploma. Do anyone here...

I hope you're right. It will be ludicrous to distribute PRs to every student. However, I'm all in support of giving a deserving edge in PR process to those who studied in Canada.

Don't lose hopes yet, friend!... I learnt from this forum that OINP is expected to open window for fresh applications somewhere in Oct/Nov this year. You can try again.

You can check CRS tool to check your points. Lowest CRS points that got ITA in last round was 482. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp Remember there is a minimum score required in IELTS (at least 6 in each category) even if you have a job offer.

Can people share what all additional documents were requested by OINP after issuing AOR? Also, how to find out who is my case officer? Do I have to write them an email?

Thanks Prashant... That is a slight relief to know. I have got my AOR, which means documentation is complete. Haven't received requests for any additional documents, so far. So, wait is on!! :)

Yes, you can apply for PR right away. A valid job offer gives you 600 points straight up. It should be sufficient to get you an ITA and from what I have learnt CIC processes PRs with job offer pretty quick.

Depends on the period your employer specifies. Usually WP is applied for 6 months to 24 months (2 years). That should give you sufficient experience to gain eligibility for PR unless it criteria changes drastically in coming years.

With 2 years of Canadian work ex in last 3 years, you don't need PNP. You should be able to get ITA under CEC alone. Make the changes immediately so that you get the invitation at least in next round. 482 was the lowest CRS points in last round... If you at least have a bachelor's degree, your...

@bestofluck I too sent my OINP application in Dec and got AOR in June. Your status says Nomination expected by Nov 2016. Would you like to share how did you find that out? Also, would you know what is the success rate after AOR?
