Hi everyone! So I just payed me and my husbands fees and am about to fill out the receipt. Since it's a sponsorship application do I fill out my (principal applicant) or my husbands (sponsor) 's date of birth on the receipt? And also do I send two copies to CIC or just one?

Me and my husband are sending about 50 photos with captions on the back from the start of our relationship until very recent days :) About 20 of theese photos are photos from our wedding :)

Oh okay I see! So even if my lastname on the card is not the same as my lastname I carry now I still put the lastname on the card on the receipt? Hope Im making myself clear here, lol

So the day has finally come were me and my hubby are paying our fees. He's Canadia and is sponsoring me with than outland application. From what I understand we click on "Sponsorship" right? Is there anything else we should keep in mind when we pay? Does the receipts get sent to our email?

So my husband made a phone call to CRA today and he was not able to get an Option C due to him not beeing a resident in Canada last year. So we are providing a letter explaining why and also a copy of his Notice of Assessment from 2013 :)

Your post made me feel so much better! Now I can relax incase we cant get one :) What type of "proof of intended return" did you guys provide? We only have letters from friends and family and also email conversations between us and the collages we have intended to apply for, Im afraid it's not...

My husband haven't lived in Canada since 2013, does he still need to provide the Option C printout? Since 2013 is the last year he lived in Canada he will not file taxes for 2014, is he still able to get one from CRA or do we need to provide a letter stating that he cannot get one?

I feel very confused right now if we have the right paper or not... ??? I dont even understand the way CIC have asked for it on the checklist... "An original "Option C Printout" of your and your co-signer's last Notice of Assessment for the most recent taxation year" .... What do they want?

Awesome thanks then we have the right one! I just wasen't sure cause it didnt say Option C on it anywhere :) Im not sure we have the correct year though...this one says "tax year 2012" ...My husband left Canada 2013 :( So we may have to call and order a new one anyways ... Never mind found the...

What's the difference between an Option C and a Notice of Assessment? Cause we only got the Notice of Assessment cause when I read it on the checklist I understood it as it beeing the same thing? Or am I wrong?
