I def understand your thought, But for new applicants like myself, who is about to send off their application there is no way of knowing that your application will be held in Mississauga or Ottawa, that's only something to hope for.

Ahhhh okay I understand now! If clears it up for me! I still want to apply outland since that's what I've been working on for months now and have my mind set on. We'll just have to see if any more info comes up over the next few days. Once again thank you for your time to explain everything :)

I know nothing about applying inland, so that is the case that I wouldnt be allowed to leave Canada under ANY circumstances? Let's say a close family member back home dies? (knock on wood).
