Paying fees tomorrow

So the day has finally come were me and my hubby are paying our fees. He's Canadia and is sponsoring me with than outland application. From what I understand we click on "Sponsorship" right? Is there anything else we should keep in mind when we pay? Does the receipts get sent to our email?

So we are paying using my mastercard but it says my lastname I had before I took my husbands lastname. Will that be something we need to write them about? like on a seperate paper explaining why?

I filled with my name exactly as says on my credit card. =D

Oh okay I see! So even if my lastname on the card is not the same as my lastname I carry now I still put the lastname on the card on the receipt? Hope Im making myself clear here, lol
