Dear Friend, One of the applicants using TNT had similar problem. Her application was stated lost but she inquired with CIO and she was told that her application was received by CIO. So please inquire to CIO if they have received your application or not.

Dear Rilov, If you can not accomodate all information in one photo as Dr. Hasib said, write guidelines details(name, height and eye colour) in one photo and VO guidlines in next six photoes so that there are total of seven photos. This is what I did when I sent my application.
