Seems like they have shaved off 120 days for submission of full documents so that they can get 120 days to transfer file from CIO to respective VO for post June 26 applicants. Do not know what sort of procedures CIO follow in transferring the documents to respective VOs.

This was my guess only as I have sent all documents (original) to Nova Scotia. I hope NS will transfer the entire application package to VO. Congratulations to Yakba for confirmation of receival of his application.
