Mine status also shows the same and I am yet to receive any communication. Impatiently waiting for the day to hear from the VO.

If I am not wrong, you got your PER on 24th Nov. So the date mention in your status (23rd NOV) is bit confusing....... Dear Grasshopper, I received my PER on November 23rd.

To make it more interesting the line - 'Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 23, 2010' was not there in the beginning. It was added few days after E-cas was updated and it is not removed in the latest E-cas update which shows that this line was not added...
