If you are in hurry, you can request to attest a copy by a officer in Nepalese embassy or counsellor nearest to your town and send the attested copy with a note explaining that you were out of country and unable to go back to Nepal to take this certificate.
I did similar here in Japan and Canadian Embassy in Tokyo has approved that. But I think this depends on individual at the canadian embassy dealing with your application.

Thanks everyone for the help. All other docs are ready. I have just been informed from Nepal that my relatives did get the doc that I needed from TU. So as soon as I receive them, I will post them right away. When I checked the total number that have applied under 2121 in the official website, so far 205 people have applied. I need to hurry. ???

Finally received the official docs and transcripts from Nepal today. Will send the docs tomorrow via DHL. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Sent the docs via courier today. I guess it will be long 4 months before I get AOR. Hopefully the response will be a positive one from up north where it must be snowing now. As for us, it is tropical and hot all year around here in the Caribbean. LOL.

My application reached on 26th August and cashed on 10th september. When they issue the AOR, what are the criteria they will be looking into post june 26th. Just to make sure, what else they will be checking after this AOR?

Bit difficult to answer your queries. It is written in the AOR that final eligibility review is complete and the application will be forwarded to VO for further processing. Where as in pre June 26 AORs, it is written that recommended for final eligibility determination at VO. So I guess they will be checking total points, job experience in listed occupation and proof of funds at CIO. After the AOR, again I guess VO will do background checks and issue medicals and finally visa. I am waiting to hear from the VO. I think you will get your AOR soon as August applicants are getting their AORs.
