@bestofluck and MDM23 thanks ! I have cross referred with my lawyer as well, he said to fill the form and add comments to Change of "employment status" or "immigration status' I just finished sending fax to the OINP..

Yes, defiantly, you can change to any employer, as long as the job satisfies the NOC criteria, and no need of informing to OINP, Just update the EXPRESS ENTRY profile should be good enough. don't inform or send any documents until the OINP asked for such things. keep it simple.

@Dominika you should receive the nomination very soon! I think your nomination will be a trigger for all December applicants

@writetodance I don't think the OINP is waiting for any green signals because, some of the applicants are able to manage to get Nominations. last week, i have come to know that, Feb 19 applicant got nomination

you can can either apply for student visa or Visitor visa, by showing enough funds for staying in Canada. I am in Same situation too, I have applied student again
