This means they didn't even open my parcel till now or what!!!
That means, your package passed the completion test and you were issued an AOR (the email which obviously you didn't receive). It also means that your bank draft was accepted. Post AOR, there are two phases "Assessment Phase" and "Decision Phase" so looks like your application is now in assessment phase.

You dont have to prove! we are already a temporary visa holders, you can apply for Visitor and remain in Canada.bbjoshi said:

Should I send physical copies of the same documents to OINP just in case?
I Do not see a reason to create a new thread till we all get nominated. Nominations will be given date wise on first come first basis so even you create diff thread the list would be the same, so I would prefer we all remain here till we all get nominated at least. Later there will seperate threads as applicants get ITA but this group will remain here till we all get PR. December group is not only a classroom now it has become a collegeKJHOT said:

No need to send Physical documents now. They will not acknowledge but include the documents for sure. They are now more or less computerized and in the next session of 2017 after November we might see only online applications for OINP. Who likes paperwork in the world !AmirHNK said:

You will receive an acknowledgement letter that will include your file tracking number. Note: (Application fee DD is not mentioned here)
Please note that processing is taking longer than usual due the large number of applications in our inventory.
My Summary:
EE App Submitted: 09 Jan 2016
OINP PT Interest Notification: 11 Jan 2016
OINP App Sent: 13 Feb 2016
OINP Received App : 16 Feb 2016 NOC 2173, FSW
Please share your experience.
Questions:
1. Does this message mean that my application is complete and accepted.
2. I enclosed the copy of WES with my application, but have not placed the order with WES to send copy to OINP.
3. Shall I wait till I receive the acknowledgement letter for file tracking number and the DD and then place an order with WES to send copy to OINP.
4. Does this message mean my DD was encashed as my DD will expire on 8th August;
Wish all members AOR's and NOM's at the earliest.

1. This message is in reply to your mail asking about status of your application. This is not AOR, but it does mean your AOR is ready and has a little chance to return
2. As they are right now sending AOR to 8th January applicants you will most probably receive AOR in a month or so.
3. They will ask to send a new DD ( in case it has crossed validity) in your AOR. The message do not mean DD is en cashed. They even ask for new DD after sending AOR. ( in one or two cases)
4. you should have already send the ECA copy ( direct) by now as it i mandatory, but now you can wait for few days to get your file number and send it immediately. or you may proceed ordering the same right now.

According to my understanding this message means, the application packet was opened, reviewed the docs, found complete and accepted.
