According to my understanding this message means, the application packet was opened, reviewed the docs, found complete and accepted.

yes right, they have already opened all much before and returned some applications which were incomplete. They are just sending AOR date wise. Keep watching current processing dates to get an idea when you will receive AOR.

but they have not deposited the DD of all. That is done only when your turn comes, and now they send the whole package back if DD is out of validity.

@MZASAM Congrats !!. Consider it as a Pre-AOR. You can be rest assured that your package has passed completeness test and your AOR is almost ready and it's just they will only send it when OINP processing date moves closer to your application submit date.

As for DD, most likely OINP will encash it as they have already deemed your application to be complete. So do not worry and hope for the best.

Lastly, for duplicate ECA , I am just wondering, OINP made duplicate ECA mandatory on 11-Jan and you submitted in Mid-Feb and your application passed completeness test as well. Are you sure you haven't ordered it earlier ?

1) Place the order for a duplicate Report on the WES

website and also add Additional recipient (i.e OINP)

2) Log out from your Account and wait for about 10-

15 mins (This is an imp step else your next payment

of CAD 20 odd will not show)
3) Log in again and go to Modify your order, There

select Domestic Overnight and pay the fees. Ones

the payment is accepted you will see the total on

your payment change to CAD 96. something like

NOTE :: I AM YET TO SEE THE TRACKING NUMBER ?

My officer called me for confirmation on a few things and also mentioned that it is mandatory to have Wes send in the Eca electronically at the point of application. However I had applied before this new rule came out and submitted in hard copy so I had to pay again and get the e copy. Now bear in mind when you do this you must select delivery to OINP and then it automatically charges you for another copy to CIC. The e copy is usually sent out in a day and when you get the confirmation send Wes a message asking them to refund the Cic copy as you would have already sent them one in your initial Wes application (once the immigration evaluation was chosen).

They would then send to Finance to process and refund. The total you would then pay is around 35 CAD.

1. I never expected the OINP mail as the AOR's are being issued to Dec/Jan applicants.
Yes, I need to wait till my turn comes up and hope for the best.
2. I got to know OINP made duplicate ECA mandatory on 11-Jan after I submitted my application on Feb 13, and OINP received on Feb 16.
3. True, I never ordered the WES ECA duplicate as advised, suggested by forum seniors to wait till I receive my AOR receipt number
OR they advised to go ahead and order
4. I beleive it is better to wait for AOR receipt number so that I can include it in the order to WES.

Seems OINP is expediting the AOR's.
What you mentioned regarding the OINP returning of application packet for want of fresh DD and
pushing the applications to Jul/Aug for 2017 quota is a big set back. The applicants have waited so long.
Do you really beleive OINP utilized all the 5400 for 2015/2016? Is the file number basis, guesswork logical.

We on this forum / threads are few applicants and a sub set of total applicants. May be you are right.

Let's hope for the best and hope AOR's NOM's for all the applicants.

Dear pals
I hope everything's fine. I sent my docs on 31 december and delivered on 5th january. I recieved my AOR last week and waiting for furthur processing.
I think I made a huge mistake. I started a new job in February and unfortunately didn't inform CIC.
4 days ago I decided to update my work history and removed my job experience by mistake.!!! I started filling that part up again and by mistake included my part time experience which I hadn't mentioned before and again I edited my job history and temoved those part time experiences. in fact I added previously not submited work experience and removed it.

The problem is that after 4 days I haven't recieved any update profile letter and all these changes in my work history would be trouble-making? will they be able to see different steps or just see the final result?

People do make mistakes in filling the form hence they delete, update, correct data all the time. It's really the snapshot of EE profile at the time of receiving ITA that matters.

Before receiving ITA, you are free to edit your profile, in fact IRCC encourages you to keep your profile updated at all times so don't worry.

Question about ordering duplicate report on WES

I tried to order a duplicate report for OINP (to prevent further questions from my case officer) on wes.org for the second time but it says

"Due to system maintenance, you will not be able to order additional reports at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. "

Do you have any clue what is the problem? Ordering upgrade report works but duplicate report doesn't.

@MAZSAM, you must have been overjoyed to receive the email and must have pasted in multiple thread- understandable!
have you noticed that compared to May and early June....OINP is picking up pace.

And the email you received suggests that OINP has opened up most of February packages. They will issue AORs at a later date.

As applications deemed incomplete must have been rejected and sent back to applicants by now, I hope, the remaining January and February applicants can help themselves by not worrying about possible rejection.

I would be lying, If I state that I am not happy.

Many applications were rejected for petty mistakes. That's worrying for majority of the applicants. Once OINP confirms that the application is reviewed and accepted, we have some hope of further processing.

After six months of wait, if applicants gets a rejection for some doc missing etc , it's indeed unfair.

OINP must reconsider their decision. They must be given an opportunity to resubmit their applications within 30 days. Hope some one hears.

Yes all applicants are appreciating OINP for speeding up the AOR's; Let's hope they continue the trend with more AOR's in future.

OINP should expedite the NOM's too, as many applicants are patiently waiting for several months, which is frustrating.

I wish and pray for early AOR's / NOM,s for all applicants, as all them are highly qualified, experienced and fulfilled the criteria.

waiting 4 months now after AOR and still no Nomination from OINP.

Taking into consideration that application guide says about 3 months in total, 8+ months of wait is not frustrating anymore. It is devastating. Ruins any hope and faith in justice.

OK, I believe that I will come to Canada with PR status. Every evening I repeat to myself: even with this endless wait for nomination, it is another one day closer to my aim.

Probably just routine maintenance. Try again and if you do not get though call them - I think the call centre is only open between 9am and 1pm. But verify that.

My application was received by ONIP on march 15.I have not sent WES copy to ONIP till now.

1 Is there a chance of my application getting rejected now because of this

2 Can I send it now.Is there a special process i need to follow to send the same(Like will ONIP identify my application number).

3 Is Yes I am hearing about canada post strike.will it a prob.
