I agree with you totally. There are so many people in a much worse conditions than I am, take those who are waiting for PT after 9th of May pause, or received their applications back due to passport pages missing with no chance to resubmit.

I'm trying to compare my situation to those a bit similar to mine.
If we take Jan applicants. Yes, they have been waiting for 6 months for their AOR. But they can see and follow the trend that AORs are being issued to their month at the moment. I did so when November applicants were receiving their AORs. It's so encouraging! They see that OINP is working with their applications. They can predict that in couple of days they will receive their AOR.

Let's take Nov applicants now. When can we see our nominations? Dec applicants also. Well, Dec applicants can sit and wait, because common sense says, that their AORs will be after November applicants. And what about November? They are actually the first in the queue for nominations. When will we receive our nominations? After Dec AORs? No. After Jan AORs? Don't know. After Feb AORs? Simultaneously with their AORs? The main frustration in this wait - is absence of information, no update from OINP in the manner "Guys, don't worry. The process is slightly slower than we planned, but Nov applicants can count on their nominations in September-October. December applicants - in November. etc" In this case I would relax and take it easy. But I live everyday with the faith in miracle - what if they start nominating Nov applicants today? The day is over. No sign of nominations. The next day arouses new expectations.

I wrote all this just not to keep it inside. Write it down and forget about my disappointment with this process.

Exactly. If they give a time frame, it would make things much easier.

First nomination expected is 15th July? Can you please enlighten me as to how you arrived at that date. Looks highly improbable to me because it is 11 July already and the nominations for November applicants (at least the Human Capital Priorities Stream applicants) haven't started yet.

lol If I had any reason why would I write 'Expected' ? I just see temporary officers hired and the speed of January applicants receiving AOR. I will change the date to 31 July after 15th July...my expectations are flexible but positive. At least they keep us interacting.

BUT I DO HAVE A LOGIC TO WRITE 15TH JULY I.E 90 DAYS FROM 1ST AOR RECD.(8th April) ....HE NEVER HAD A LOGIC..SO MINE IS NOT AN ABSOLUTE ONE, THOUGH IT IS

no one can take away my right to expect an nomination after 90 days of AOR It is my "right to application"

My application was received by ONIP on march 15.I have not sent WES copy to ONIP till now.

1 Is there a chance of my application getting rejected now because of this

2 Can I send it now.Is there a special process i need to follow to send the same(Like will ONIP identify my application number).

I applied before OINP made it a rule to send them an ecopy. And my officer told me that they needed one or else there is a possibility that my application can be rejected because of it. I quickly got one in about 1 - 2 days. The copy is sent electronically, my post a few responses above gives more details on the process.

Even I sent before I applied. If they ask for the same as additional documents required, send them a copy of order and copy of ECA again.

Sadly, the complete frustration amongst all applicants is due to OINP not respecting the 90 Days timeframe for AOR's/NOM's
which was categorically mentioned in the application guide. Now, it's removed and the future applicants would face the uncertainty.

I reiterate:
We all are aware;
The total NOMS are 10800, including all streams for 2015/2016. OINP issued 870 till 31 Dec 2015 according to 2015 annual report.
Yes, the total 5400 NOM's are slated for human capital stream.

Questions:
Will OINP be in a position to issue the NOM's even til Nov/Dec. to all eligible applicants? IT is all upto OINP to expedite the processes.
Will they utilize the quota in full or allow it to lapse!!!.

Why many seniors write only 2700, I fail to understand.
We don't have any data on AOR's/NOM's of applicants outside this forum.

To speculate we need data; to guess the probabilities !!! :'( :-X :-[

I called oinp today. The guy was very rude. My application was received by Ontario Office on Feb 22. He told me that my docs are still under review phase. Why is this system so slow? Means they haven't even opened feb candidates package applications?

I guess that next mid-year 2016 report will clarify the nomination status a bit.
As to the quota , it is mentioned on the OINP website that only 2700 noms are expected to be used under EE each year.
Moreover, all applicants with file numbers starting with 160 fall into quota of 2016, whereas whose who have 150 are in the 2015 quota.
As for now, we don`t have an actual number of processed applicants from 2015 quota

Guys, I am confused on ECA part. I am a december applicant got AOR in June, I already included my ECA copy in my package.

Now, do I need to request duplicate ECA copy again or shall I wait till they ask for additional documents and request later?

My officer contacted me recently and was told that as per the new rules every application should have an ecopy of the ECA or it can be rejected. The ecopy goes directly to OINP, there is a specific address to request and it goes electronically.
