Hi guys,

I just got an email from a Senior Officer requesting me to send evidence that my experience matches the NOC code of the occupation identified in my application. I am just about to send it back. This email was also confirmation that my file is with a Senior Processing Officer - something the generic responses to my queries did not state.

Congratulations to all of you who have received nominations. This has really been a test of patience.

Do NOT send any additional documents to OINP unless they ask for it. Only exception is duplicate ECA.

Should I keep a gift deed and other documents like FD from that gift deed ready from now?? . Incase they ask as pof additional document I can send them the updated docs...and the gift Money can be in the account or FD is more preferable ?

Officers initials are NP
FSW inland / App submit Dec 10 / AOR MAY 17 / ECA Sep 28.
How long it takes to get nominated ? Excited !!

I got 3 emails today and officer initials are VK.

They asked for

1. Current status.
2. T4 and Notice of assessment for 2015
3. Last 6 month bank statements to check the direct deposit from my employer.
4. Resubmit the copy of ECA from WES.

Can anyone suggest me how to order duplicate copy from WES and how much they charge for this?

Additional Document request: Current status in Canada and latest proof.

Last week my earlier WP got expired, before that itself I got it extended, currently I have valid WP. But, currently I am not in Canada and back to India.

Query:
Option 1)Do I need to Submit My Latest WP alone, without mentioning that I came to India.
Option 2)Do I need to Submit My Latest WP and My Exit Stamps in my Passport and mention that I am back in India.
(If I choose this option, will they ask why I moved to India, in-spite of having valid WP)
Option 3) Just Submit the Exit Stamps in my passport and don't mention about my latest WP.I never overstayed illegally.

Which one to choose..

Thats why we are doing ourself . You can create new one and inform oinp immediately.

i'm not sure if he should create it himself at this stage... but if i were you i would create it myself. sounds like your agent is a bit of a tool.
create new EE profile, make sure EVERYTHING is correct... then re-apply and activate job bank... send all details to OINP by email AND fax... and your job is done

they usually never acknowledge anything so dont sweat over the fact that they didnt reply....
