I read somewhere (can't recall where) that your account freezes upon the acceptance and not just receipt of ITA.

"Your Express Entry profile will expire if you are not invited to apply in those 12 months".

So the interpretation is EE profile will NOT expire, if ITA is received within 12 months of profile creation. Post ITA, people get 60 days to submit e-Apr. Once e-Apr is submitted, everything freezes i.e. IELTS expiry etc. doesn't matter

I followed the link in the mail to WES website and I am supposed to Indicate who my credentials is to be sent to. Who should i attention as d recipient of the document.

You can mention your Case officer's initials if known or put something like :

Recipient Name : Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT
Attention To Field : Case Officer handling <Person Name> file [EE# : ___ | JobSeeker# : ____ | File# : ______]

Just want to update that i received email just now informing that my file has been moved to Decision phase.

Timelines below:
Application Reached : 22 Dec 2015
AOR Date - 17 June 2016
I got additional docs request on 26-Sep 2016
I submitted req docs on 30-Sep 2016
Decision phase email - 04 Oct 2016
CEC INLAND

I tried calling the OINP number . I Dialled " 0" after that and the automated message asked me to enter the 10 digit number of the mailbox I wanted to reach.
I just hung up and tried again .

Is there anything which I need to do differently to reach an actual human ??

Hey guys - does anyone know if my application would still go through if I was working in Ontario and decide to go to a grad school in Ontario while OINP is being processed?

If you are fulfilling all their criterion then what's the problem ?. As far as I know, taking a study break or unemployment is not a reason for nomination refusal.

Here's the official instructions about that. As expressed by Ontario immigration.

World Education Services (WES)
All applications to the OINP must include a copy of the applicant’s WES ECA report.
You must also authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report with the OINP:

If you already have an ECA
If you have an existing WES ECA report, you must order a duplicate of the report at: https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. The “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI” must be indicated as the recipient of the report.
If you do not have an ECA
If you are applying for the first time for an ECA report, you must select the “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI” as a recipient of the report.

2)Requesting to authorize WES to share ECA (But I already shared it long back)
3)Additional documents ..(6 months payslips, Latest WP and my T4 forms)

Congrats...send the documents as soon as possible. And for point#2, send them the receipt of your ECA order
