This is so Odd ! did you got any additional docs request ? also, its good to be calm and not calling to the operator because he/she might be frustrated with a status enquiry and applications status, so he might given u random information

Just ask them for corrected document and updated one ! It's their mistake to correct one I know they are rude but , just go on their back u can get it

yeah agree! I had a hard time in Compressing PDFs and Uploading, so guys I have used One drive outlook to send documents, Uploaded all my documents into cloud and Sent, did anyone this thread did the same thing?
