Well, I can see it through the proxy, but not without it. What other explanation could there be? Someone hacked the proxy server? I don't think so. :)

It is possible not to be able to see updated web pages from some sites (for some time). It just means that one of the intermediate servers handling your request has this web page cached and hasn't yet updated its cache, so it gives you an obsolete version. That's why a proxy may help. I too...
