Assuming 1200 ITA will be issued, if we allocate 600 to 750+ score, rest should below 600, my guess will be 480+

It is up to 400 LMIA people still without ITA with score 600+.
The score 500-600 is almost impossible, unique cases, mb 10-30 applicants. So 350 applicats will be taken from the highest 400's score.
I bet it is 490 or 485 target score.
I am not completely sure.preeti.msingh109 said:How can u b sure of just 400 more LMIAs???
Nope I know many guys in my office who came on a LMO in 2013 and were completing 1 year in the month of Oct/Nov 2014. They have submitted their FSW applications last year quite late and are bound to get rejected/returned due to NOC cap.the_lion said:2012 and 2013 LMO would have applied mostly in FSW2014. There was no CAP for LMO hole\ders last year and the year before.
No caps if they had a job offer !!!Makolutus said:Nope I know many guys in my office who came on a LMO in 2013 and were completing 1 year in the month of Oct/Nov 2014. They have submitted their FSW applications last year quite late and are bound to get rejected/returned due to NOC cap.
How come..preeti.msingh109 said:No caps if they had a job offer !!!
True... 1year exp was mandatory...but caps were for applications without job offer...applications with job offer were considered even after NOCs got filledMakolutus said:How come..
Even before Express Entry, One had to complete 1 Year of work exp in Canada to be eligible under CEC and then apply under respective NOC..
I don't think so.. This whole job offer thing started with Express Entry.. how come a person with valid LMO would not had a job offer under FSW14 (as he has LMO, he is working in canada)preeti.msingh109 said:True... 1year exp was mandatory...but caps were for applications without job offer...applications with job offer were considered even after NOCs got filled
No, job offer was there before. See here, for example: http://web.archive.org/web/20140902160453/http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.aspMakolutus said:I don't think so.. As far as I know, one had to complete one year of work exp in Canada to be eligible for CEC if their NOC was 0, A or B and later file for their PR application under respective NOC codes provided the cap is not full..
