am really very sorry to tell that I have no much idea about a PNP 2015 as there are no provinces which have opened their regular PNP's yet.. But in general to know about each PNP u may search results on google giving 'PNP canada 2015' where u can find results under EE system..

guys a quick question.. might be silly but wanted to know is it necessary for a PNP to apply with a job offer approved with LMIA or sufficient that a job offer individually would be enough ??

better that you are done with the ECA asap.. cant predict the situations.. as the evaluation is of 5 years validity and only if you believe you will be invited in the future draw, just start processing.. I think its better that you start right away.. I do have the same score as you, a bit more...
