I received mine in 11 days because my employer keeps calling SINP everyday asking if they already received my application. If you think you already submitted a complete application and SINP replied to you a status then you may get the AOR soon. Maybe SINP officers is just busy right now since they are processing 500 applications from people who submitted their application last January 2, 2015. All I can suggest is for you or your employer give SINP a ring personally so you can get direct answer just like what we did. Honestly if you are doing a follow thru e-mail all they can say is "the status" of your application same on their website and not give you direct answer. Yeah I have a feeling that SINP process application quick this year. The moment my application get on process and AOR the next day is additional document request then change to waiting on applicant status. When I provide the document requested my files on the website updated the same day and status becomes in process again.
