Hi May i know that right now i am on implied status but i had.job approval for sinp..my question is do i need valid work permit or visa during sinp process or it is ok with implied status or restoration time..plz do reply..thanx

although as I wanted to know about the regular PNP program rules about the job approval with LMIA and any of the provinces haven't yet opened the PNP's ,
So for those who have already applied for PNP last year would have an idea, right ??
am waiting for the replies from such people as am trying for a job offer in sask province and should that be attached with an lmia if I can get a job offer??

any body know how long is the validity of "SINP approved employment letter" ?..and if this expires, can we renew it easily?

But I have a question regarding "SINP 100-24 International Skilled Worker Category Checklist" form. Could anyone please assist me that where do I have to upload/attach this form please?

Applied in SINP online : February 10, 2015
Nominated : February 18, 2015

I applied for International Skilled Worker Category. I know you will not believe I got my nomination in 8 days me as well at first, but its true. Its just maybe because my work permit expired and I'm in implied status. I'm so lucky!

Wow! Congratulations! That was quick! what NOC? By the way, i have received my AOR last feb 26, request for doc (saskenergy 12-month bills of my sister living in saskatchewan) and back to in process last march 2.

Was you job title in previous work the same as your intended occupation?

It's NOC 2242. No its different, im currently working in canada but in other province province as a food counter attendant. I have 2 years Experience as MIS Officer and 2 years experience as Network Administrator

I already applied for a temporary work permit to start working. I'm just completing my requirements so I can already apply for PR. Yours will be coming out soon goodluck!

I do hope so. I'm in the Phils right now. Good luck on your PR application too! This can be very excitin though frustrating at times. SINP is being very stringent on qualifications now. You have to have all the requirements right. I just hope they'd give mine some benevolent considerations. Hehe

Congrats!! that was really quick!! is yours under existing work permit and the same employer? Did you apply already for a temporary work permit? or BOWP just in case?

Uy Kabayan!! hehehe good luck talaga sa atin As long as you have provided all required documents requested by them you're good. And a document request is a good sign that they are really working on your application. Some people received refusal letter without any document request or anything.

Yes yes. God willing i hope all my docs and experience are sufficient. Waiting for their decision now
