does the express entry sub-category for SINP carry the same requirements as of the express entry 2015??

Looking at the 100 point grid, It looks like having a current/active job isn't going to help? Only work experienced helped.

So looks like this is not going to work out well for younger applicants and new to the workforce...

For example, if you are a lawyer, and you want to practice law profession, you need to register with the Bar Association or whatever associations that regulates it.

I have had sent an email CPA Saskatchewan concerning the 'proof of eligibility' as required in application guide of SINP Express Entry. I was told that 'proof of eligibility' is only for the members.

There are several requirements to be a member of CPA Saskatchewan including examination and work experience of years.

Please suggest.
