Thanks for your help. I managed to delete the form which is not applicable to me but I can not find anything on right bottom side to delete additional settlement plan & previous application on either of the said steps.

1. How to delete a settlement funds which is created second time mistakenly? 2. It is showing connection to SK and Statutory Declaration of Common Law; although none applies to me. Is it ok? 3. Statutory Declaration is shown twice. Is it ok, too?

On the first page of EOI form, there is a question as why you think you are best for NB. All the options written there are of connection with province. Also, there is a requirement in checklist to present documents which shows connection with the province.
