We also got an extension on the submission date for NZ criminal record results.

Hi James, we have the same issue. Deadline is way before when PA would get the results back. We have also emailed to ask for an extension. I agree, it is strange. I thought we were good to go in regards to PCC.

An Update in our application: Principal Applicant received NZ's Criminal Conviction History request letter through email today. As well as Pre-Arrival Services letter in a separate email. Our GCKey Background Check also changed from "in progress, we will let you know when we start background...

We got a request for criminal record check from our Visa Office today and our GCKey - Background Check changed to "Not Applicable" today. Good to see some progress! :D VO is Sydney, Australia.

Leave BOTH country and city of birth blank. And only put passport information. That should allow you.

Hi try the following steps. That was what worked for me. I DID NOT use the Spacebar thing for City of town, because it always asked to me put actual city name. So here's what I did: Use PA's Account Permanent Resident --> Family Class (Spouses) Choose = Family Name, Given Name, Birth Date Enter...
