Medical request and pcc was requested before file transferred to VO.
Bcg changed to "we are processing..." after I received ppr e-mail.

Check ecas. There will be a line under the pa side that says we started processing your application on xx day

How is it that some people have only been waiting 168 days and have gotten passport requests, and others who applied and have been waiting for 168 days haven't even passed through background checks yet?

Depends on each visa office.. how many third party agencies they have to work with to process background check.. how many other cases being processed/// hang in there.. we are at almost 160 days and no medical request..

We got a request for criminal record check from our Visa Office today and our GCKey - Background Check changed to "Not Applicable" today. Good to see some progress!

VO is Sydney, Australia.
