You have an option to submit it in Canada if you live in Canada. It will be part of your PPR

Within the PPR, there is an option to submit your documents to Ottawa processing centre if you live in Canada. It says in the passport request with all information. So you will be good. You can just follow the instructions and submit it in Canada

other than normal documents that they request, no we didn’t get asked to submit anything else

Got PPR today from Sydney, Australia VO! however, we need to change VO to process CoPR as my husband (PA) is in India right now. I have e-mailed Sydney VO. wondering if anyone else have been in this situation or know how to resolve this issue. let me know please.

We got DM 3 weeks ago on ECAS, but we still haven't received PPR. VO is Sydney, Australia. Is the e-mail only available place to check if we got PPR or not? Does it show on gckey or ECAS that they have sent it? Please help. We are thinking may be they sent it to wrong e-mail ID.

If you are to get PPR when you are in Canada, you can send your passport to the nearest VO. If you are going to Ontario, it is Ottawa VO that will process your CoPR. I know of a relative who did that, so you should be fine with that. Good luck! Hope everything works out for you
