I think initial review means Eligibility once your eligibility is passed your file goes in process. and after that criminality and security. once everything are passed your file goes for final review(PPR).when everything is ok you gonna get ppr.

yes when you finished your landing the immigration officer keep one copy of copr with him and give other copy to you . With this copr you can apply for new SIN (service canada) and can apply for new medical card (RAMQ).you can also inform CRA(Canada revenue Agency) and Revenue quebec .

now when you get back your passport and copr (confirmation of permanent residence)you have three options for landing . we do landing to become official permanent resident of Canada. your pr card is applied during landing and will de delivered direct to given (home)address. 1) you go your home...

your primary office is cio and secondary office is cpp-o so I am not sure whether imm officer is assigned to your file but it is good indication that somebody from cpp-o contacted you. but I am sure your file is at ottawa. normally for qsw file location is A87-Qsw and for pnp is PV2 (at cpp-o)...

not sure thats why I applied for gcms after I got mine copr, just to see what have they done in one month. I think for us (primary office cpp-o) after complete everything like Eligibility,criminality etc ,e-cas changed to in process and then they send our file in queue for final review i.e...

dont rely on your ecas too much. main thing is that you got "decision made" . sometime it happens when an officer is working on your file,and he forget to put in process (normally you were in process when they asked for additional information in august). once they got all the documents they put...

just think about how you gonna send your passport to ottawa. just chill..
