Not really good, my opinion. If you wanna study, here have really good benefit. If you wanna a higher income job , try toronto

Nov 5, 2013 my ECAS changed to in process.
and just 5 days, today when I check my ECAS, it already showed decision made. whats that means?
I dont even got a Passport request, thats means i got my pr card or I'v been refused?

Relax, you should receive COPR by regular mail. are you from a country that do not need visa to enter canada ?

No, Im from china, thats why im worry about.
cause after Aug 13, cic contact me for update my Schedual A and Med exam, theres no more information. and I made a GCMS report at sept, they gived my that report printed on Oct 7, said, nothing start yet, but theres a due day for my assesment was oct 23. I was thinking they gonna give me some news, but still nothing.
Nov 5 when i check my ecas, it changed to in process. i was so happy, cause in processing time was updated same time at nov 5.
I have a paid representative work on my PR application. but he dont work on sunday, and only his computer in his company can check his email box.
I dont know if they give a positive decision or not. cause its normally 6 weeks to wait for a decision made after go into process.

and my rep already have my PPR in his mailbox.
Iv seen some DM without PPR for FSW and family class, beacause they didnt pass the Med exam, or dont have enough points for his application.
We gonna see the resault soon.

I think you are accepted, if your medicals were good and you have no security or criminality problems as a qsw you should be accepted.

Check ur gcms on the notes section. If there is something, it should be there (good or bad)

do you remember jasmin13? he got DM and PPR at the same time.
but im still worry about the time.
but i find some one in exp class process in CPPO still wait for PPR too, they got DM around oct 25 to NOV 10.. no PPR yet...

dont rely on your ecas too much. main thing is that you got "decision made" . sometime it happens when an officer is working on your file,and he forget to put in process (normally you were in process when they asked for additional information in august). once they got all the documents they put decision made and now wait for ppr ..next week is yours.
have you a representative ?
