No, csq can only be used to go furhter in federal process, health insurance needs csq + COPR. Did you get your csq ?

Nothing to do, regret not having my parents in canada when i applied, CPM seems to be working the fastest, my office is beirut, god only knows the delays there

MIFI update: The Department is currently processing applications received up to: - September 16, 2019 for a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child; - October 17, 2019 for other family members. Wait time information is updated regularly.

Called MIFI, they told me my csq is issued i should receive it soon. Now all i can do is wait for medicals/pcc

If i am inviting my brother on a TRV, can i show my proof of funds and say that i will be paying his trip expenses ? or he should show his financial capacity ?

If my parents get PPR while in canada do they have to go back to their home country to get the visa ?

I know someone from quebec applied spetember 2018 got medicals in december and PPR 1 week ago
