Yes I did tell them all about this officer and so did my husband ..I brought the capes notes with me so I went true them all with them..

Yah I know..the ask me if my husband needs a interpreter and I said no because the will call him during the appeal and I told that lady he speaks very good English..

Hi everyone...what I like to know is if anyone had a appeal and won ,im kinda worried about my appeal more nervous because this immigration officer that interviewed and denied my husband his visa lied so much on the CAIPS notes and I hope that I can convinced them that..he lied about my husband...

My husband had the same problem .the were very rude specially the immigration officer that interviewed my husband and lied about us on the refusal papers I did call and wrote a letter to the immigration minister Jason Kenny but no reply..I have a appeal date for October 31 to win our case..

Not to the ADR hearing but to the IAD hearing..

oh the know I bring them because I had a pre meeting last july and she ask me if I bring witnesses so yah the know..

Question for all the people who went to a IAD how did it go and did you bring witnesses I have my IAD end of this month and will bring my parents and my son who all support my husband and me so much and I hope it helps with my case..
