Well the caips notes are not nice what the interviewer wrote about my husband and me...so i dont think wil get a visa..he told my husband he wont get visa..

Hi everyone my husband had a interview may 26 2013 and got denied a visa after allmost 4 months we are still waiting for his refusal letter we can not appeal without a refusal letter or can we ?? I wonder if annyone esle have the same problem..

hi all its been 3.5 months sinds my husband had his interview in Cairo office and he got rejected we are still waiting for his refusal letter we want to start appeal but cant without the refusal letter i dont know what to do :( i do have the caips notes but cant appeal with just that..

No i did not..my husband had his interview last may and was refused visa we never got the letter but i did get the CAIPS notes.. I found a form online tonight to fill in for a appeal ...

@CairoCouple yah we are waiting for the caipsnotes and tomorrow i will go see someone about my case mayby she can find whats going on...My son and parents and a good friend of mine is coming with me for the appeal and also many of my friends will write a letter that i can take with me to show...

Its very hard to get visa most of us got denied because of age and the told my husband because he is muslim and also the will say ur mariage is not real thats what the told all of us too..My husband had interview may 26 we are still waiting rejection letter..Goodluck

My husband had his interview within 3 months but got deneid a visa because the guy told him your muslim and ur wife is older its not real mariage he said lol .we been maried 2 years been together 4 we just started this year to apply for sponsorship..we are appealing but did not get the rejection...

the are closed ... my husband had his interview in may and we are still waiting for the rejection letter he got denied visa because im older and he is muslim ,some of us had the same officer and said the same thing to them..our letter is very late so i just went ahead and order the CAIPS...

I did not hired anyone and am not sure i will..i will do it by myslef i heard diff stories about people with and without lawyer or consultant..
