Hi everyone my husband had a interview may 26 2013 and got denied a visa after allmost 4 months we are still waiting for his refusal letter we can
not appeal without a refusal letter or can we ?? I wonder if annyone esle have the same problem..

hey there Mrs Selim... your hubby did not get denied as yet because you or him did not get the refusal letter as yet.....maybe although the immigration office might of told him that they did not believe that your relationship is genuine but just pray to God that he still get the visa.......

Well the caips notes are not nice what the interviewer wrote about my husband and me...so i dont think wil get a visa..he told my husband he wont get visa..

I was always curious how would they address in the notes that they don't think the relationship is genuine. Is it to much to ask you to tell us what they've wrote? Only the parts you're comfortable sharing.

He wrote that my husbands english is not good (my husbands english is awesome ) that my husband was very uncaring at the interview (he was not uncaring but little nervous) that he is using me to come to canada because he have not a good life in egypt (my husband is a lawyer and comes from a good wealthy fam he dont need to leave egypt he allways ask me to move to0 him but i cant cause i have a son and elderly parents..) this guy told in the letter that in muslim countrys man dont maried older woman (im older then him ) we did not have a party for our wedding because i did not want that without my fam there and thats why the interviewer think our mariage is not real... and he wrote some other bad things about our mariage in the caips notes ...this was all may 26 and we are still waiting for the rejection letter..i think the let us wait this long on purpose because he has such a hate for my husband and i..

It seams you have a strong case for an appeal. Maybe you should send a Case Specific Enquiry to Cairo asking for details about the refusal letter. I know that they've been closed down lately, because of the situation there, maybe that's what's holding them up, but you never know.

this is the first time i hear that the principal applicant's English language may have any effect in processing ?

That's why i was saying that they have a good case for appeal.

I hope so too mr Betina because im very emotional about it last few weeks ,there was more in the letter that was discusting and there english spelling was wow like a first grader..
