wow that's a long time My sponsorship paper took only 2 months and all together 2 years with appeal and all my husband will come live with me in Canada in may 2015 and it took us all together 2 years and we did this all without a lawyer..Goodluck Insha'Allah it will be soon for you..

everything goes faster in Vancouver it took us all together 2 years including appeal and now we wait for them to tell my husband to bring his passport for visa stamp..

WOW !!! My husband and i won the full hearing Oct 31 2014 and we already got our papers and updated forms etc and we sent it to Ottawa visa case processing now we wait for them to call my husband for his passport to give him the visa :) everything took all together 2 years including appeal and...

Hi habeeb We were also denied visa because of age difference and culture differences so immigration officer made up his mind right away NO VISA.. any ways my husband and I started to worried off course but we never gave up hope and so we started to apply for the appeal and about 5 weeks before...

My husband and I did everything ourselves without a lawyer ..we had a full hearing and was told we won the appeal right there and then :)

I don't have it I sent it to him..but my husband said will wait a few more days because Christmas is in the middle and all mail be late and also I emailed them too so will see and as soon I get it back I will fax it over to them..I worried to fats over everything loll MY HUSBANDS WORDS TO ME LOLL.
