I sent requested documents since October 8th,i saw signature for the package received, but have not yet heard from immigration officer or no email confirmation of documents received, plz share some experience with this as to how long I should expect to hear from them,thank you.

Hi everyone...what I like to know is if anyone had a appeal and won ,im kinda worried about my appeal more nervous because this immigration officer that interviewed and denied my husband his visa lied so much on the CAIPS notes and I hope that I can convinced them that..he lied about my husband not speak English ( he does and he went his whole life to privet schools and learned English sinds he was 5..he also said that my husband had told him that I proposed to him 2 months after we met online ( that's a lie too ,my husband never said that ) and some other stupid things he wrote..and offcourse im older then my husband ..My husband comes from a well off family and he graduated from Law school..

I don't think you should be nervous about this appeal, if what you said was true, that the officer lied so much. Because everything that was said by your husband and him, they're all on record, and he will have to own up to any lies that he says during the appeal.

For example, he says your hubby can't speak English, your husband could easily embarrass him during the appeal by speaking the way he normally does.

Yah I know..the ask me if my husband needs a interpreter and I said no because the will call him during the appeal and I told that lady he speaks very good English..

I think you will be fine. Appeals have a high chance of success, particularly when both parties feel so strongly about their case and are eager to prove it.

This Halloween will be a very big day for you, and I'll be watching your case closely Mrs. Selim. I have no doubt in my mind you will pass because the way you talk so strongly about your relationship and your feelings about it, I think the people judging your case will be able to see how passionate you are and how genuine your relationship is.

Also because of the fact that you said the officer told downright lies, so that will be hard for the officer to overcome.

aawww this is so sweet of you to tell me this thank you so much...yes my husband and I have such a strong marriage and we waited 2.5 years to start the sponsorship papers not like this guy said we started it same year we met loll we met in aug 2010 we started our papers in feb 2013,,i also have my parents and son coming with me to be witnesses I hope the interview them all but even one is good for me..

We have appealed and in the blue book the officer did the same thing. Every words he said in the notes 80% is a lie. I wish I can slap on his face.

But I also believe when we will get our date we will prove it.
