a little humor wont hurt anybody, sashali78 clearly stated it's a joke and also answered that the chances for this letter doing any good are about zero. Cheering people up is another way to get through this process.

It sounds like another mistake letter then. If you have your landing date, with the stereotypical info like bring this call-in notice, passport, permit, pictures etc., I don't see any reason to bring any other documents. Maybe call the call centre again and mention that letter :D they are...

I don't wanna sound like a party pooper but that type of letter won't really help with the processing time. CIC won't decide to expedite your application because you miss your spouse.

I'd say, with a retainer and all from 1-5K in general. Might be more dependent on the lawyer.

Hi! We have to show our receipt during landing to provide evidence we've paid the RPRF. We have paid 1040$ for our application, I'm 100% that we paid the RPRF while applying, so is that receipt enough? It doesn't outline what we paid for, it's just the amount.
