In the document chcklist if they have written copies, does this mean certifies copies always or we can just take the photo copy and submit with the application. If answers is yes, than what are the documents for which we need to send certified copies.

It can be rejected if your score is not at CLB level 7 in the score card which you sent. What was your actual IELTS score in the scorecard which you sent with the application.

Generally, they return the application if it is not meeting eligibility criteria. I would suggest you to wait till their responce and than take appropriate action.

Yes, she is here with me and got dependent visa on same documents. Also she was with me in US and UK and got visa with same document. But at that time nobody ask for a birth certificate, where her name is different.

Thanks for your reply. Idea is good, but what if they will ask original at later stage and this is also something illegal. I am thinking to attach an affidavit with this and also I have a reference letter with duties which I got from my employer when I applied work permit. I will attach that too.

This list have the number of PR granted and not the number of applications received. So having less number in 2013 Q1 means those applied under old rules only. People who applied under new rule(1 year exp) will start getting PR in 2013 Q4 or 2014 Q1, so nothing surprising in this data.

If someone get the reference letter from employer with all details except the job responsibilities and employer is not ready to add those in letter, than what can be the solution in this. Seniors please suggest.
