    Thats unfortunate. Did you detail the job responsibilities outside the form? You could prepare a page with the time period, nature of work, full time employment details etc and then substantiate it later with a reference letter as well How many years of total experience do you have?

    Do you have contract documents with clients mentioning your name and nature and duration of work? Usually contract documents mention about count of FTE involved, so that should prove your case. How about tax payment receipts? WIll they be useful? Just my thoughts

    i think you should reapply once you gather evidence that you have enough experience to manage a team or department or project. An org chart or reporting structure should help. I guess CIC looks for core management experience. How about trying to get PMP certified before you apply again?
