Self emplyed Work experience Help!!!

Dear Respected Seniors and Helpful Friends,

Please Help me on my doubts on work experience whether I apply or not?

My Education Background:
I am gaining experience for skilled worker from this forum. Really much information I have now as I try follow the different threads. About me, I did in 3yrs BSC in Physics + 1yr Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application(As I was in non IT background, so I need bridging course from university)+2yrs Master in Computer Application from University of Nepal. So, I am hoping to apply for code 0213. But as I follow the thread I found if am not worng, Canada PR requres IT technical knowldege plus management skill. Now here is my Question lies

My work Experience:
I worked as Software Developer(Web development job) in one of the NewZealand based company for 2.5+. And Since 1 year, I have been working as self emplyed where I develop web application, work as IT consultant in NGO's, LAN and WAN for clients and computer repair and maintenance etc.. I should have been registered as I had thought but registration of a IT office is still not happened yet.

I have doubts and confusion from those experience...on
Will I be Eligible from those my experience for 0213?

If not eligible on 0213, what would be next NOC or next options for me?

Thank you so much for your generous help on my query. I have been working since 1 year in fulltime manner.
This office is not registered with government body but I want to register it soon and work.

Will you help me explain in details what are the required docs and methods from my own office? Thank you for your helpful suggestion and directions. Appreciate you.

Do you have contract documents with clients mentioning your name and nature and duration of work? Usually contract documents mention about count of FTE involved, so that should prove your case.
How about tax payment receipts? WIll they be useful?

Thank you so much for taking time to respond on my query. Yes I do have the contract documents with my clients. Do I have to show my working hours for 1 year? Since my office is not registered yet. So I don't have tax payment receipts but office is registering very soon.
