I need u r suggeation for my Direact Candian PR .
I APPLY FOR CANADAIN PR FOR SKILL IMMIGRATION ON NEW RULES - FEB 2009
AND I GET CANFROMATION AND FILE NUMBER ON MAY 2009
AND CIS ASK ME TO SUBMIT MY ILETS , PROOF OF FUND,POLICE CERTI.
NOW PROBLAM START SOMEHOW I AM NOT ABLE TO RICH POINT 67 POINT.
I GOT BSC FROM INDIA SO 20 POINT.
4 YEARS EXP IN LONDON - 21 POINT
29 YEAR AGE - 10 POINT
MY WIFE ,GRADUATION : 4 POINT.
GIVE 5 TIME ILETS : 10 POINT (S= 6.5,R=6,W=5.5.L=5.5 ,TOTEL = 6 BAND )
NO RELATIVE IN CANADA,
NO OFFER LETTER FROM CANADA
TOTAL POINT IS : 65.
SO NOW, HOW CAN I GOT 67 POINT....
2 POINT LEFT.......
HOW CAN I GOT THIS 2 POINT...
PLEASE NEED SOME SUGGEATION ................................. Cool

Do IELTS test again to get 16points.

Agree, Try IELTS again, work harder and get few more points. Go for a training on IELTS, that should help

IELTS is easy to pass if you study hard.That is the only option.

Is it possible that now i send my all documents to local office, and after one month i will send my French certificate, coz i will get it at that time... is it okay or not.....
what it need if i again send any document after sending my full package documents to islamabad..

Question is, are you better in French than in English?, If not, do IELTS again and study harder this time. If yes, then try to register for the French Language Exam recognized by the CHC and take it ASAP.

how can apply for french exam ?
I all ready recevided letter from CHC today to submit within 60 days ( letter written on 20/01/2010) so i have time for only 20/03/2010, I allready booked date for ILETS on next 20/02/2010, but i am not sure i get infrom band.
I really runout time .. but if you think i have anyother way for me

dont just take ielts exam again.... prepare for it and take it again and if u got time... go to a french language institute and learn to write or speak basic french....that should give you two points. kekekkekekekkekekekekeek man u got four years exp in london ...and ur english sucks no offence ....

Dear All Experts,
I am really thankful all of you for give me such a valuable advice.

After your suggestion to give again ILETS exam,

I did 3 times and achieve 6.5 in speaking and overall 6 band.

Also without any fraud degree certificate or any type of mark sheet I submitted my document to CHIC,

Last, 29/04/2010 I received letter from CHIC to submitted

1. The right of permanent residence fees (RPRF )
2. How much I need to pay for this fee?
3. And again UK police certificate for me any my wife.

Now, Question is that?

It’s my application is Successful or not?

And what I need to now?

We are really Appreciate for some suggestion for this situation for us.
