My friends mother stayed outside Canada consecutively over 3 years last year 2012 she try to flew from India immigration officer pulled her ask few question after he refer her to Canadian consulate to get return permit, when she apply return permit they denied they said. Appeal in Canada, now...

Country where he is coming from Canadian immigration officer check all passengers documents very carefully and inquire before flying. If he pulled them then he flag them and they have to apply for return permit to come back.

How u find the the members of irb restricted?

I don't think they let u in to Canada.

Seems to me still big back logs not cleared.

In fact not.. Old cases also 2 to 3 months I seen 2 cases at my work place... Both denied.

Traveling first to 3rd country or neighboring country to see ur family. If this possible.

New cases 3 months.

Its noy easy as s refugee to come from outside canada...u better look other routes to canada....

Recently Harper Govt has tighten rules for students....stats shows lot of student cant find job after study...they want student after study completion return to home country....but record shows they dont...they try to find job or get overstayed...or drop out...change professions...etc...

.. 2 my co worker at factory....came back their refugee case denied...then they left canada... ...then They follow the procedure through lawyer came back no problem...as long as u have no criminal record...they said u can come back.... Depends which category u applying. To.come...back off...

With draw has no negative impression on future study...u can come back for future study...as long as u have no criminal record in canada. Good luck

I think its not false....if its false stats provided by IRB...authorised media officer...these r correct....numbers... IRB see if any members approval rate is too high....they transfer him or her to other position in IRB...
