Judges who mail decision. ..usially takes atleast 6 to 8 weeks...as i mentioned above one fellow atvwork place..his hearing took place on oct 2nd 2013....and decision arrive in mail on dec 17 2013...but sad...negative..he just paid to one robber liar 4000 for appeal/ review....other robber/liar...

if at end of hearing judge did not tell u that ur case has been accepted...then chances r rare he or she will accept ur case.my opinion...but God knows better...any way Good luck...

my friend good luck...i saw fellows whose cases has accepted...90% ...judges tell at end of hearing...i accept ur case...if they hold ur decision...chances r he is not sure about slme thing....or he she might be not happy with ur hearing...and mail negative decision in the have to gather all...

i know one friend in Toronto at work place he came last year feb 9 2012 his hearing took place first week of october 2013 they hold the result...and on dec 17 2013 he receive letter...case rejected...he appeal now...lawyer ask 4000 for apeal...poor man...

i applied in oct 2012 in toronto so far nothing from irb....seems to me still backlog going...this harper govt. is sucks...dont ever vote for conservatives...they r against immigration...have close almost every door.always vote for liberal if u want ur immigrants relative to come here...trust me.

I met 2 Guys at work Place who r Ahmedis and one came in July 2012 and got his hearing date in Nov 2012 , and got approved,. Also another Ahmedi came in March 2012 his date is Feb 2013, this month, will update after his date from him. Also another worker came in 10 january 2012 and his hearing...

you have great chances of getting case approval.as long as u have good story and good.lawyer.u will be fine.
