Its not me. ...its sean rehaag's report said....who is York university Law professor in York university...who investigate these irb member decesions...and did research on them......thats his report....just google his name read...his articles on refugees cases research....hopeflly it will clear ur mind...encantado said:It depends on the member holding your hearing. If decision has been announced already then it takes usually 3 weeks or so.
Gogia, stop telling stupid things. If your case is well grounded you will get positive decision.
It can't be correct numbers in any case. It's impossible for one member to work every single day without days off and make 2 decisions a day. Don't be silly.Gogia said:I think its not false....if its false stats provided by IRB...authorised media officer...these r correct....numbers...
IRB see if any members approval rate is too high....they transfer him or her to other position in IRB...
U r an adult and so naive. U believe everything written in newspapers?? The facts written there is only those somebody wanted u to know. No more, no less.Gogia said:Truth is bitter....and hard to swallow....my friend....
Everyone has his own opinions...but i.always.like to write what ever.in news papers or in media....so public should be aware of it...and thats their right...because we all are under charter of rights....freedom.of speech...for everyone.
What i try to say simply. ....refugee cases r not treated as it suppose to be.
Was it a negative decision? Mine was denied and they said it will be mailed. I dont know how long does it take. Do I have to wait for the letter before I can appeal within 15 days? Thanks. I know this is an old post.Hi All ,
